Adrian Udrescu is the Managing Partner, in charge of the Litigation and Enforcement Procedures area of practice. He has an outstanding experience in fields such as: privatization, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, insolvency and reorganization and one of the most reputed litigator as well as a tough negotiator.
For almost a decade, Adrian was a senior legal adviser with the Rompetrol group [currently KazMunaiGas International] In this capacity, Adrian was involved in all the negotiations related to the development of the strategically important downstream activity (fuel stations, depots etc.), as well as negotiation of an extensive number of agreements underlying the group activity. He also was part of the team that implemented and supervised the post-privatization procedures for the Petromidia and Vega refineries, being responsible for the complex legal matters incurred.
Adrian graduated the Bucharest University’s Law Faculty in 1998 and is a member of the Bucharest Bar. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Ciprian Penescu is a partner lawyer with over 18 years legal expertise, especially in the commercial and civil law arias.
Ciprian gave legal advice and represented a significant number of major companies from various and diverse economic arias such as machinery, design and engineering, business management advisory and consultancy, health and pharma, etc. He also advised and gave legal assistance to one of the leading insurance companies operating on the Romanian market.

Andreea Clipici-Campean is a Senior Associate with more than fifteen years of legal experience.
Working as a Senior Lawyer within a Romanian Law Firm, Andreea was the coordinating lawyer for eight years for a very large international group of companies acting in the Production and Distribution of Medicines and was in charge of the legal matters related to acquisitions, transactions, marketing contracts, sponsorship contracts, labour relationship, trademarks, approving solutions, tactics and actions in the litigations, developing an interface between the groups companies and the public authorities.
She also conducted specific and complex projects, such as consultancy, compliance and regulatory services in relation with performing clinical trials in Romania.
Andreea has experiences in a broad-range legal areas such as consultancy in relation with M&A, commercial and contractual negotiation, change management, anti-trust legislation, Intellectual and Industrial Property and Copyright Law, establishment of companies, joint ventures, corporate reorganization, shareholders' agreements, customer protection law for companies with activities in various domains.
She worked more than 2 years as a Compliance Consultant with experience in due diligence processes, integrity checking processes, compliance communication programs, risk assessment processes, developing and reviewing standards of conduct, compliance policies, and regulations.
Andreea has also qualification and experience as a trainer and had developed an effective compliance training program and conducted courses (Classroom Training) all over the country for more than a year, both in Romanian and English in respect with subjects such as: Anti-Corruption and new compliance policies, Data Protection, Anti-Fraud Management, Anti-Trust, Code of Ethics and Insider Trading
Andreea graduated Romano-Americana University’s Law Faculty in 2001 and holds a Master Degree in Commercial Affairs Management - Commercial Negotiations awarded by the same institution in 2004.

Daniel Cirlig is a senior associate, with a ten years’ experience in legal areas such as companies’ law, commercial agreements, real estate, labour and aviation law, litigation.
For more than three years Daniel was an in-house lawyers with Tiriac Holdings, one of Romania’s most diverse holding where he handled sensitive projects related to the activity of the holding’s member companies in various fields such as: automotive, financial services, real estate, aviation, commercial and labour law and real estate as well as on the legal matters of the day-to-day running of the companies.
